PICKLEBALL NEWCOMER/REFRESHER CLINIC
This is a series of four(4) 90 minute sessions in the evenings 5:30 - 7:00. Dates are below. The final session is a "Let's Play" session that will be held over multiple dates based on participant availability and determiend during the clinics. Before you register, please be sure you can commit to the first 4 sessions.
3/28 Lesson 1: Introduction to the ball and net, serve, return serve
3/30 Lesson 2: Court positioning, keeping score, DINK
4/03 Lesson 3: Forehand and backhand stroke mechanics
4/05 Lesson 4: 3rd shot drop, offensive lobs, lob retrieval, overhead smash
TBD Lesson 5: Putting it all together - play and HAVE FUN
Participants will be fully engaged in each session and should come prepared to work hard and have fun!!
“Loaner” paddles will be available for these sessions.
