Del Webb Orlando homeowners belong to two HOAs - the Del Webb Orlando Homeowners Association and the Ridgewood Lakes Master Association.

Del Webb Orlando (DWO) Homeowners Association 

The Del Webb Orlando Homeowners Association (DWO HOA) is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by a professional property management company, First Service Residential.   

The five members of the Board of Directors are Del Webb Orlando residents who volunteer their time to ensure the community maintains its high standards and has fiduciary responsibilities to ensure that the money from the homeowner annual dues is spent wisely.

Ridgewood Lakes (RWL) Master Association


The Ridgewood Lakes Master Association (RWL) is the master association which includes six communities as well as the White Heron Golf course.  RWL is expected to expand in size for many more years.  
The communities within RWL include:

Del Webb Orlando (55+ Community)
High Vista (55+ Community)
The Forest (single family homes)
Ridgewood Pointe (single family homes)
Gallery Condominiums (near the Golf Course Clubhouse)
Atria Townhomes

Vesta Property Services is the property management company for the Ridgewood Lakes Master Association.  Vesta Property Services is responsible for managing the security gates, the transponders for your vehicles, the lakes and waterways, the tennis courts, and maintaining the common areas along Ridgewood Lakes Blvd.

Del Webb Orlando residents must pay HOA dues to the RWL master association in addition to the DWO HOA dues.
