Chair Yoga Is Back Full Time!
Join us for Chair Yoga, a gentle class designed to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and overall well-being. No yoga experience is needed!
Classes begin September 24 and continue through November.
Class Time: 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM
Cost: $10 per class
Due to scheduling, most classes will be held on Thursdays, with select classes held on Tuesdays. Be sure to check the date when registering.
Registration is required on the HUB. Please register for each class you plan to attend.
