Ballroom Bingo – Updated Entry Process
To improve comfort, fairness, and organization for all residents, Ballroom Bingo will now use a numbered entry system. Residents were already beginning to line up as early as 3:00 PM, so this system is designed to eliminate the need for a physical line while keeping the process fair and organized. It also helps reduce congestion in the lobby and minimizes disruptions to other residents, clubs, and shared spaces within the clubhouse.
How it works:
• Numbers will begin being distributed at 3:00 PM at the front desk
• Numbers will be available until 4:45 PM
• Residents are welcome to pick up a number at any time during this window
• One number per registered person
• Residents may pick up numbers for their registered guests (up to two total registrations)
• Your number holds your place—there is no need to wait in the hallway
Important:
Once you receive your number, you are free to leave and return later. You are not required to remain at the clubhouse—your number secures your place in line.
• Doors will open at 5:00 PM for seating and dining
• Residents may line up in number order at 5:00 PM
• Numbers will be called in increments of 10 (1–10, 11–20, 21–30, and so on)
• Ballroom Bingo will begin promptly at 6:00 PM
Additional Information:
• Waiting in the hallway is not permitted
• All existing food policies remain unchanged
• Accessible seating will continue to be accommodated, and staff is happy to assist as needed
This system is designed to give residents more flexibility while maintaining a fair, organized, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation as we implement this update.
