NEW FITNESS CLASS COMING!!!

 

Mind and body RESTART, REFRESH and RE-ENERGIZE

 

Resident Elaine Mines will be inviting you to join her as she guides you through an age appropriate exercise program video series called Essentrics. This slow movement class helps increase your body mobility, strength and energy levels as it helps calm the body and mind through relaxation.

 

Elaine will be up in the Aerobics room Monday, July 22, 2024 at 11:30am and again Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 4:15pm. These events are FREE and space is limited to 12 participants per session. PLEASE sign up on the HUB to reserve your spot.

 

There will be more of these classes to be held in August so look on our Fitness Calendar and through your DWO eblasts for dates and times. All of these introductory classes are limited so make sure you register on the HUB or at the front desk.
